Hello there, my name is Remy Dillenseger and I am a student and developer at the Rice University FinTech Bootcamp. Thank you for taking the time to look at my website and portfolio. I’m excited to show you a bit about me and my background.
I have experience in:
Python programming, data analysis using Pandas, database engineering with SQL, virtual world building with Unity.
Currently I am working on:
An algorithmic trading program for stocks and crypto currency. Photography is also one of my passions, and I am currently working with 3D and 360° video capturing and rendering for projection onto non-standard surfaces.
I am interested in:
FinTech, photography, and chess.
I started writing code when I was about 6 years old and have been learning ever since. I graduated from the University of Houston with a bachelor of science degree in physics and math minor in 2008. Then, I taught engineering and robotics courses for 10 years using various software development and CAD platforms.
Research focused and data oriented, committed to exceeding expectations. I find a balance between technology and art through digital media. I stay close to the cutting edge of new ideas, and stay comfortably away from the bleeding edge.
